Demographic Changes

Annually, parents or guardians will be sent an electronic link to update the Annual School Enrollment Update/Verification.  This form provides information to the school on emergency contacts, parent’s address and phone numbers.  

If your demographic information changes throughout the year, make sure you let Miss Salomons know.
